Our guarantee
Package 1 and 3: We offer a free-of-charge replacement of your nanny in a case that your relationship is not working out or she/he leaves without a cause within 12 months from the first day of employment. In other words, we will find you a new nanny, free-of-charge. Full text of our guarantee can be found in our Service Agreement.
Our services
Package 1: Recruitment only: $ 1,000 plus GST. Some families need help finding a nanny but want to save cost by taking care of all necessary paperwork related to obtaining a Labour Market Opinion (LMO) from Human Resources and Skills Development Canada (HRSDC). If this is your situation, then this is the right package for you.
Services included:
- Assessment of your needs
- Assistance with advertising your position on Internet and print media (if required)
- Presentation of caregivers' profiles in accordance with your needs
- Verification of caregivers' references
- Facilitating unlimited and unrestricted contact with the caregiver of your choice
- Assessment of your family's qualifications for the Live-in Caregiver Program as set by federal and provincial authorities
- Preparation of employment offer and employment contract, negotiation of terms and conditions of the contract
Package 2: Labour Market Opinion (LMO): $ 1,000 plus GST. Some families have already found a nanny but need help with preparation of all necessary paperwork related to obtaining a Labour Market Opinion (LMO) from Human Resources and Skills Development Canada (HRSDC).If this is your situation, then this is the right package for you.
Services included:
- Assistance with advertising your position on Internet and print media (if required)
- Preparation of employment offer and employment contract
- LMO application to Human Resources and Skills Development Canada (HRSDC)
- Support services related to employment of a foreign worker (obtaining a payroll registration and assistence with payroll setup)
Package 3: Package 1 + 2: $ 2,000 plus GST. You will need this package if you want to hire one of our nannies and need help with LMO application.
Services included:
- Assessment of your needs
- Assistance with advertising your position on Internet and print media (if required)
- Presentation of caregivers' profiles in accordance with your needs
- Verification of caregivers' references
- Facilitating unlimited and unrestricted contact with the caregiver of your choice
- Assessment of your family's qualifications for the Live-in Caregiver Program as set by federal and provincial authorities
- Preparation of employment offer and employment contract, negotiation of terms and conditions of the contract
- LMO application to Human Resources and Skills Development Canada (HRSDC)
- Support services related to employment of a foreign worker (obtaining a payroll registration, deducting IE, CPP, and income taxes and payments to the CCRA, labour standards, etc.)
- Post-placement support (we are available to advise on and mediate issues that may arise after your nanny arrives.)
