T&CS Canada was established in July 1994. Ms. Katarina Onuschak , Founder and President is the firm’s top immigration practitioner. She came to Canada along with her family from the former Czechoslovakia in 1990 as an immigrant. Her first professional opportunity was working at a non-profit organization providing settlement services for new immigrants. Canada has became her home and she is very proud to have established a company dedicated to helping intending Canadian immigrants to make their dream come true.
“TC&C had humble beginnings. For years and even today, most of our clients came to us through recommendations of yet another satisfied client. Our services have over the years expanded from counseling new immigrants, translating their documents, filling out application forms to representing clients before immigration authorities as well as settlement services. Our expertise now includes the skilled worker category, provincial nomination programs across Canada and the family class category through temporary resident visas (work, visitor visa and student permits). In 2002, we have expanded our practice to include working with Canadian families seeking qualified live-in caregivers. Our clients come from different walks of life and parts of the world – whether it is our families of caregivers. I am proud that they have chosen our company to help them achieve their goals and dreams.” Katarina Onuschak, Founder & President

T&CS Canada is a professional immigration consulting firm. It is not a law firm, nor does it portray itself to be one in any way. We provide the same services as any law firm specializing in immigration, with the exception of representing clients before Federal Court of Canada. If our client needs to be represented before the courts, we will retain services of a reliable and responsible lawyer.
