was established in July 1994. Ms. Katarina Onuschak has been with the company since its inception and is our top immigration practitioner. She graduated in the top of her class in the Seneca College Certified Immigration Practitioner Program. She is also a member of CSIC (Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants) and member of CAPIC (Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants). CSIC is a licensing body and was established to protect consumers from unethical consultants. To become a member, one has to meet stringent educational and ethical standards and comply with the rules and directives from CSIC. Every member must pass two knowledge tests and an English language test.
CAPIC is a professional association that helps immigration consultants, to meet the high standards on education and ethics and also functions as a lobbyist for the interests of immigrants and immigration consultants. Ms. Onuschak was a member of Education Committee in the old organization OPIC and is currently active in the Policy/Lobbying Committee of CAPIC.
She came to Canada from Czechoslovakia , in 1990. Canada became her home and she is very proud to be Canadian. Maybe that's the reason her professional career headed toward immigration consulting.
For years, most of our clients came to us through the recommendation of another satisfied client. In the past years we have served clients who found our website on the Internet and liked the way we treated them from beginning. Our services thus expanded throughout the years from translation of the documents through filling out the forms to representing clients before immigration authorities as well as settlement services. Ms. Onuschak’s experience ranges from skilled worker category, provincial nomination programs across Canada , and family class category through temporary resident visas (work permit, visitor visa, and student permit including their extensions) to placement of qualified live-in caregivers in Canada .

We provide the same services as any law firm specializing in immigration, with the exception of representing clients before Federal Court of Canada.
