Most families will also deduct flat fee for room and board. You will have 3 years from the day you arrive to Canada to complete your 2 years of work. That means that if you lose your job, you won't have to leave Canada but you will be able to find a new employer and apply for a new work permit. While this is possible, it is always better to stay with your employer for the full two years. It will, in the end, save a lot of headache and worries.

It is, however, always a good idea to do your homework, check out the agency, talk to its representatives and see how much time they have for you. If you cannot get answers to your questions, you should move on. Sometimes the price is very attractive - think about what is often said: You get what you pay for. Do not compromise - it is your life, your future, and your agency should be your friend and supporter all the way to the day when you become permanent resident.
